AI & product engineering consultant - closing the gap between a strong idea and software that ships.
I help founders and engineering leaders ship AI features, full-stack products, and the infrastructure behind them, with one accountable owner from architecture to the last pixel. I'm based in Nairobi and work with teams around the world.
Engagements range from focused one-to-three-week sprints to multi-quarter builds, plus fractional CTO retainers for founders who need senior technical judgment on call.
